that has appeared on the internet folks, Our guitars are the EXACT same
guitars that the now Defunct
Raven Guitar Co. use to sell. Same
Builder, Same guitars.... I know, because I helped build Raven untill
Ray and Marsha's passing.
So Please rest assured you are getting the
SAME quality guitar as far as our mainline goes that the old Raven
Guitar Co. once brought you!!.
Plus, the vast majority of our guitars
have more deluxe options than the OLD Ravens ever had!! Also, We can
install any set of pickups you like, in any guitar we sell. You simply
buy your pups, mail them to us, and for a small fee we pop them in for
you as our FANTASTIC tech is giving
your guitar the full treatment
before we ship it. (or pick up some Duncans from us ) Now...this is
something the OLD Raven never did, and NEVER would have even considered
doing for their customers!!  So I have to give RavenWest

When we introduced our first multi-wood, neck-thru RG5000, we not
only crossed a boundary, we obliterated it! With one stroke RWG had
brought a level of quality, construction, features and elegant cosmetics

All of the ELITEWOOD series guitars share the same incredible
multi-wood construction, neck-thru design and deluxe appointments of our
best selling RG5000 but with variations in gorgeous exotic woods and
specific model to model details. For 2007 we've updated the electronics
with our new SMOKIN HOT BLADE pickups by G+B on every ELITEWOOD model
and as per overwhelming customer request, we've once again included the
Floyd Rose Lo-Pro trem as standard. But that's where the similarities
end. Each ELITE comes with it's own unique combination of incredibly
beautiful tone woods, show stopping inlays and other fine and well
thought out details that make it's sound, feel and looks uniquely it's
own. As always, we've taken extreme care not to smother all that
gorgeous tone and organic beauty in a thick plastic, resonance deadening
skin by again specifying a hand-rubbed satin oil finish.

of our stunning abalone VINE INLAYED MACCASSAR EBONY fingerboard that
must be seen to be believed! The Hum-single-hum BLADE pickups by G+B,
five way switch and master volume and tone control make getting your own
distinctive tone easy. We've topped it all off with the best in
time-tested and rock-approved hardware including a double locking FLOYD
ROSE fine tuning tremolo and genuine WILKINSON tuners. All hardware is
satin GOLD and the headstock features our new, exclusive RAVEN SHARP-EYE
abalone logo inlay. The sonic results of topping this instrument with
this gorgeous spalted MAPLE will be music to your ears and the visuals
