Here's a nice lefty Jackson SL1 soloist in overall excellent shape, with the case. The pics tell the story. No dings or mars of any kind. Any smudges are probably from cleaning the guitar. I've taken great care of it. The action is good and it plays well, but it hasn't been setup in a while so could probably use it for top playability. I also had it Plek'd and setup at real guitars ($200 at the time) in San Francisco about 3 years ago, with minimal playing time since them. I'm just thinning the herd a little bit....Currently the pickups in the guitar are a seymour duncan original parallel axis 1B, and a couple of dimarzio fast tracks. These pups work very well with this guitar!
While it's overall in great shape, in the interest of full disclosure I'll point out of couple of very minor things - in the middle fast track pickup, one of the screws has gone through the plastic housing in the pickup - I probably tightened it too hard. There is a pic that shows it. A couple of screws are missing - one on the humbucking ring and one on the backplate. I couple of the screw holes are stripped out in for the humbucker ring - happens when you change out pickups a lot! You can use longer screws. The tremolo assembly has some aging - you'll see it in the pics.
All of this is minor of course, and happens when you own a guitar for a while. It can be easily corrected. The bottom line is that it's a top quality guitar and you will be happy with it. Serial# is U13457 if you want to research it. A new guitar like this will cost you over $2K easily.
I've attempted to describe everything I can. If you have any questions or want additional pictures let me know. I'll be happy to provide them. I'm a long time seller on ebay with perfect feedback.
Careful packing and shipping is $50 with insurance to the lower 48 only. Please don't ask to ship anywhere else! You can also pick it up if you are in the SF bay area.
Thanks
