Unless otherwise noted, my items
are used. If you’re looking to purchase a guitar from me, please know that I
play the guitars, clean them up, try out the electronic equipment and
eventually sell the items I no longer want. For most items, I am not
the original owner! I do my best to disclose the condition of each item. If you
purchase a guitar, the case is not necessarily the original that came with it
and the guitar may have other items (pick guard, tuners, etc.) than on the
original from the factory.

No return policy because the
item has been described in the listing.  Ask questions if you need to
learn additional information before bidding.

open one! Please don’t bid unless you will pay

You must
pay within 5 days or the item will be relisted and a dispute will be
opened with ebay.

Additional checkout / shipping
information

Most items shipped through the
United States Postal Service (USPS) via Parcel Post. We use Parcel Post because
it is generally less expensive than other shipping methods and saves
you money. Parcel Post is not trackable but you will
be provided with the delivery confirmation number at the time of shipping. We
have used this shipping method for hundreds of items with no problems. Parcel
Post takes 2 to 9 business days for shipping time but sometimes takes longer.
This shipping time equates to 2 full weeks. I have no control over the package
shipping time once it leaves my hands. Insurance is included in all shipping
charges.

DON'T GIVE ME BAD FEEDBACK WHEN YOU KNOW AHEAD OF TIME IT WILL TAKE 2 WEEKS FOR
THE PACKAGE TO REACH YOU! WE DO NOT OVERCHARGE FOR SHIPPING & HANDLING AND,
WHEN POSSIBLE, MAY EVEN REFUND SOME OF THE CHARGES TO YOU.

If you
are purchasing a guitar with a gig bag or a guitar case, they will be packed in
a large cardboard box in addition to the gig bag or guitar case. If the guitar
has no case, it will be well packed in bubble wrap and/or styrofoam peanuts and
placed in a large cardboard box.

Items
are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours after the auction has ended and
payment is received. Alaska and Hawaii buyers - please contact me for shipping
charges since the listed shipping fees are for the contiguous 48 states
only.  I will not ship to an unverified PayPal address or to an unconfirmed
PayPal buyer.

International Buyers

Please
e-mail me through eBay if you are interested in the item for sale. I will let
you know if I will ship to the country you live in. Each country has its own
requirements for insurance limits, maximum weight, and box dimension limits
which prohibits us from shipping (guitars and cases) to some parts of the
world. If you win the auction I will NOT mark the customs form under the GIFT
category. The OTHER box will be marked and the item clearly described. The final
selling price will be noted as well so please don't ask for a reduced amount to
be placed on the customs form. Any additional customs fees are the
responsibility of the buyer and I do not know what those fees may be – please
check with your government. Insurance will be included in the shipping quote.
