We only ship to the USA and Select Countries

  We only ship to the Paypal confirmed address or the credit card billing address.

  Insurance is included in the shipping amount.

  We ship your items within 3 business days after payment has been received.

  We offer a 30 percent combined shipping discount for multiple auctions won with a minimum of 2 items and a limit of 5 separate auctions.  It is possible that you will receive more than one box on multiple auctions due to size restrictions and guidelines set by UPS and USPS.

  To get a CORRECT and ACCURATE shipping quote to your destination, enter your country and zip/postal code information into the shipping calculator at the bottom of the page and press "Update".

  We do charge a minimal handling fee which covers the careful packaging of your item which is included in the shipping calculator. 
  

INTERNATIONAL Shipping

• Many countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country. We do not cover this cost for any of our International customers.  NO REFUNDS OF SUCH FEES WILL BE ISSUED REGARDLESS OF RETURNS.

• ALTHOUGH USPS may be a few dollars higher the fees, duties, tarriffs and taxes are no where near the cost of other shippers.  Please take this under consideration when choosing your shipping needs.
  
• We only ship via Express USPS and UPS World Express to International Destinations.
  
• We SHIP TO THE USA, Canada, APO and FPO addresses and SELECT International Countries.
  
• All of our items are marked as merchandise and must be signed for out side of the USA.

Local Pickup

• Please pay for your item(s) thru checkout before arriving to pick up your purchase.
  
• Items may be picked up locally at our Independence location at the Carefree Industrial Park.
  
• We have a separate location for eBay pick-ups only in the rear of our facility in Unit 700 of Carefree Industrial Park.
  
• There will be a handling fee of $2.00 per each item added to all orders that are picked up as well as MO sales tax.  
  
• Make a note of the Kyozou order number and bring that with you. You may obtain your order number at anytime after you have checked out by logging back into checkout and reviewing your order history.
  
• You may only pickup on or up to 5 business days after the date you selected during checkout and must bring your order number to receive prompt service.
  
• We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee and relist the item if the item(s) are not picked up within the 5 business days.

Please make sure to inspect your item for damage as we will not be responsible for damages on pickup items once they leave the dock.

Return Policy

Please note that we are not an authorized dealer of this product and any warranty included with the product may not be honored by the manufacturer.

• Every effort has been made to accurately describe all merchandise offered for auction.
  
• We offer a 14 day return policy on defective merchandise unless the item is stated "AS IS".
  
• Items stated as "AS IS" are not returnable under any circumstance.
